STUDY MODULES

Day One

Arrival day.

Arrive any time during the day.

Settle into your Nemetona Retreat accomodation.

Meeting & Introduction to the program at 6pm followed by Cacao Ceremony and Crystal Bowl Sound bath.

Day Two

History of Cacao through the ages. Learn the Mayan traditions and why Cacao was honoured as a sacred medicine.

Meet the Spirit of Cacao through meditation. Calling her in to connect with the medicine.

Science of Cacao. What happens to our body during ingestion? Understand what is happening on a cellular level.

Day Three

Holding space and personal delivery. Discover what makes your ceremony unique and learn how to weave your medicine in alignment with the Spirit of Cacao.

Visit to a Cacao Farm to make chocolate from tree to bar.

Day Four

Sourcing Cacao in your locality.

Preparing Cacao for ceremony.

Visit to the indigenous Bri Bri tribe to take part in their chocolate making process.

Shamanic blessing and Cacao ceremony with Bri Bri elder.

Day Five

Your unique heart offering. Sharing your medicine with the group.

Cacao Ceremonies.

Certificate & Goodbyes.
